La Burgundy is a modern, sun-filled holiday home in Pinot Grove, Martinborough — an easy 10-minute walk to the town square, cafés and restaurants. It’s an ideal base for wine weekends, family holidays, or group stays, with open-plan living and a covered deck that’s perfect for BBQs and outdoor dining in any weather.

The home offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen for easy meals at home, and year-round comfort with heat pump/air conditioning and double glazing.

Guests also have access to Pinot Grove’s shared facilities including a heated 20m saltwater pool, tennis court, pétanque area and more — a real bonus for families and longer stays.

Martinborough is famous for cycling, with flat, quiet roads that make it easy to ride between vineyards and cellar doors, and bikes are readily available to hire in town. A car is recommended if you want to explore further across the Wairarapa.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place all towels, bath mats, tea towels, cloths into the laundry sink
Empty the rubbish bins from the bathrooms, and kitchen, into the red Wai rubbish bin outside
Please check that the heat pump and oven are off, and the doors and Windows are shut and locked. Please also return the house key to the lock box and the pool fob to the hook in the laundry.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
