Spectacular moon rise and sunrise over the mountain.
Private cedar chalet on 20+ acres. Guest cabin out of sight but less than a mile away. Gorgeous view of the mountains. Four miles from Cacapon Resort State Park w/hiking, 18 hole golf, swimming, boating, fishing, horseback riding, kayaking, canoeing. Conventiently located only eight miles to town for mineral baths, spa, shopping and dining. 10 miles to C & O Canal Bike Rail Trail. Historic sites and skiing nearby.

Table Tennis in rec room. Some clear area for outside sports and some trees for shade. Good hiking on property. Two Master Suites -- one with soaker tub and separate step-in shower, the other Master Suite is on the top floor with king bed, twin size sofa bed, private balcony and studio beds and large adjacent bathroom with soaker tub/shower. Three additional bedrooms and two additional baths. A total of five bedrooms and four full baths plus 2 studio beds in loft. Mini-bar in rec room. Hot tub and firepit on the stone patio and larger firepit on side yard. Large deck and screened porch. Ceiling fans and air-conditioning throughout the house. Kids swings, and hammock on patio.

Wonderful Getaway Home

This was a lovely get away. Tons of room to accommodate our group but not feel on top of each other. Great amenities on the property and wonderful views. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful house on the mountain

We stayed a weekend at the Chalet and highly recommend! The hot tub was amazing, beds were comfortable and the view was beautiful. It was a relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable trip

Family Weekend

Peace and tranquilty

Gorgeous property with killer views. Off the beaten path thus providing a great place to enjoy nature or just relax and take in the atmosphere. Screened porch nice bonus with cute tiki bar. Bedrooms well appointed and the amenities included are a bonus. Highly recommend.

A great venue for a family vacation!

All of our kids and grandkids joined us for a week - it was fantastic! Swimming in the lake, paddleboarsing, campfires, downtown Berkeley Springs... a wonderful time!The house was fantastic!

Very nice home with great space to gather. Close to activities, we did the rails to trails out of Hancock. And had a wonderful dinner in Berkley Springs.

Great stay not far from Downtown Berkeley Springs

We had a great stay! Location was quiet and secluded. The beds were comfortable and the common areas perfect for us to relax and visit. We loved the screened in porch and ate most meals there. Every day we walked the lane and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. Our host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely return!

Beautiful Berkeley Springs!

Kinney Cousins Annual Reunion

The number of beds and bedrooms worked well for our group. There was everything we needed and the view out the back of the house was spectacular. It was close to town and Cacapon Staye Park, which we didn't get there but hope to next year.

Guys Weekend

We had a really great weekend at the Chalet! This was the 1st time our group of guys had gotten together since the pandemic and it was great to just sit around the upstairs fireplace and catch up. The dining table was great for meals and board games. Plenty of beds and bedrooms as well. The hot tub was perfect!

Very peaceful stay

The property has plenty of rooms and beds - was perfect for our group of 12 people. We enjoyed the hot tube, made fire and played endless matches of table tennis. The only downside for us was that some of the beds were not very comfortable and made sound whenever you had to turn.

Family vacation

It was the perfect place for our outdoor loving family and the puzzles and pool table were fun for evenings. Everything was clean and the house was well stocked with everything we needed from towels, bedding and kitchen supplies!

Peaceful, fun getaway

House was clean and the perfect size for our 3 families. Great location to the downtown area and beautiful State Park. We wished we could have located the on-site fishing spot but had trouble with that. Host was friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Golf Ladies Getaway

A group of ladies traveled to Berkley Springs to play golf for a couple of day. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect as well as the kitchen! Hot tube and fire pit outside were very nice! House was very comfortable and plenty of room for a group. We had a great time. Hope to be back!!

The house was beautiful with lots of space for the eight of us. The kitchen is well equipped. We especially enjoyed meals on the screen porch, time in the hot tub and star gazing on the deck. Jackie is an excellent host and very responsive
