"Love this place "

"Our experience at the Liberty Trust Hotel was great. We loved the historic nature of the hotel with its beautiful exterior and lobby / restaurant area. The rooms are spacious and modern with large windows. The location is in the heart of downtown Roanoke. Of particular note were the staff. We were pleasantly greeted as we entered the hotel by the front deck attendant. We had drinks and dinner at the bar and had a wonderful time talking with Stephanie, Mark and Jeff. They were so engaging and fun - it was the highlight of our experience at the hotel. The drinks and food were wonderful as well. Parking was easy too. I would highly recommend this gem of a hotel. "

"I stayed here on the way to Boston & was so pleased I made sure I had a reservation for driving back home. Traveling solo I wanted to feel safe! This place checked off all the boxes anyone would need! Comfortable room, clean, friendly people- Families- Couples or Solo- This place is great!! This will be the location we stay at for our 2 trips a year to Boston! "

"Property was under construction. WiFi went out. Elevator didn't work, but desk clerk accommodated with a first floor room. Hair ball in shower drain. Shower curtain wouldn't stay closed. Initially no wash cloths. We had to go to desk and ask. "
