"Good parking Check out at 10 am is too early for travelers Breakfast poor: we only got a bottle of milk no juice in the refrigerator. Our room has no air conditioner , has a fan instead. Disappointed ,room doesn’t look anything like pictures shown Windows has no screen, so when we open to get fresh air, bugs flown in. Fortunately we only stay one night otherwise I wouldn’t stay longer."

"Nous sommes enchantés de la semaine de vacances que nous avons passé près de la Puye. La maison est spacieuse, joliment décorée et bien équipée. Le domaine est magnifique, apaisant, calme. "We had a wonderful holiday in this spacious gite. The pool was a big hit with the children and a perfect escape from the heat ! The location is set in acres of stunning scenery, yet you aren’t far from bakeries, butchers and supermarkets etc.. "This really is a Narnia house- the entrance is somewhat deceptive because once you get inside it is quite magical. Not only has the owner, Nancy, gathered together a lot of fascinating French antiques, but it is also a very comfortable house with every modern appliance you can think of. We didn’t use the garden much as we had a lot of rain but it is pretty, enclosed and safe for our dog. The village is within easy walking distance and has a baker! "Great location, with everything we needed. The accommodation was a short drive to Loche which offered some great restaurants and local markets. We also had the opportunity to see the Tour de France as it went through a local village 30 mins drive away. Pascal was always on hand if we needed her, however we were happy to be left alone to enjoy our holiday. Great holiday, thank you. "
