APA hotel in an old building, only one elevator so expect to wait, friendly staff, parking discount when using the parking station across the road overnight, very noisy district due to girly bars behind the hotel, 10 mins walk to Marugame Station and Marugame Castle.

There aren't many rooms where smoking is permitted, so I hope they continue to provide them. The building is not new, but it is clean. The staff are polite.

Hot stuff

Very convenient and well priced. Aircon set the same temperature for whole building. Although I got a portable fan I had to use a scarf as a top sheet as the doona was too hot.
