エレベーターが少ないので、食事前後・チェックアウト時などの混む時間は階段を使った方が早いです。 レオマワールドの花火を見るためと連休最後にプールに入りたいと言う子どもの希望があって予約しました。 夜ご飯のBuffet も楽しめて、その後腹ごなしの散歩がてら園内へ行き、花火のショーを満喫しました。 ホテル自体は夜の網戸に虫が寄ってくる以外は、客室もキレイでゆっくりできます。

コテージに宿泊したが、清掃不十分で埃も多かった。 蜘蛛の巣も多く、部屋の入り口付近はナメクジも多数で部屋にも入ってきていた。 全体的に清掃やメンテナンスが行き届いてない感じがあった。

バイキングにあるアイスクリームは、子どもが取れる用のステップがあるとありがたいです。5歳児でも届かなかったので、自分でやりたいと言う子どもの相手に苦労しました。 接客が丁寧でありがたかったです。 エレベーターはよく混みます。

ホテルのどこへ行っても、エアコンがまったく効いていない、エレベーターは遅く暑いホールで待つのは、ホテルとしては最低、フロントも不手際で時間がかかり、イライラする、唯一、食事の席は指定されていたのが、ありがたかった。また、行こうとは思いません。

1人旅で宿泊しました。広い部屋でびっくりしました。立地にずっと疑問がありましたが景色が素晴らしくなるほどと思いました。部屋の風呂の温度調節が今ではあまり見ないお湯と水を調節するタイプだったのが残念でしたが夕食朝食も内容が充実しており席もあらかじめ決まっているので余計なストレスもなく満足いくものでした。来てみないとわからないものですね。

5月ですが室内プールの営業はありませんでした。朝食と夕食は付いていますがほぼ毎日同じメニューで連泊なら２日くらいです。夕食が90分、朝食は60分の予約制ですが、インバウンドが多い日は朝食夕食共に良い時間帯が既にありませんでした。温泉は時間帯によっては結構混み合います。特に問題なのがエレベーターで３基のうち1基が止まっており、チェックイン、アウトや朝食夕食の際は結構混み合い待つか階段の利用になるので早目に移動することをお勧めします。

予約済みでこれからチェックイン、という時に急いで問い合わせたいことができて代表番号にに電話をしましたが、自動音声になって「宿泊の予約はインターネットで…」のようなトンチンカンな案内をされたのがとても不便だった。 その他清潔、スタッフさん、部屋や大浴場、素敵でした。 コテージに宿泊しましたが、眺めがきれいで赤ちゃんへの備品も充実していてびっくりしました。

バイキングのスタッフの配膳台が背中に当たっており、振り向いたが無言。新しい食事を置きたいようだったので、スタッフに場所を譲り少し離れるも、空のお皿をワゴンに載せ、ワゴンの奥にあったお皿が床に落ち大きな音がするも無言で拾い、無表情に新しい料理を置いていた。このスタッフは、大丈夫なのか名札と顔を見るも反応なくこちらが戸惑ってしまいました。 また、パーク閉園後のお風呂は洗いたい人で、20人程の列が出来ており時間をずらす方が良いと思いました。

大きなホテルなので宿泊者も多いですが、フロントスタッフも複数配置してくれているので、チェックインも長く待つことはなく、チェックアウトも自動精算機でスムーズでした。 宿泊者に対してエレベーターが少ないので時間帯によっては長く待ちます。そのため、階段を利用するのですが、そこで暑くて汗をかいてしまいます。 2泊したので、プールを思い切り楽しむことができました。

家族向けに配慮が行き届いたアメニティや道具が充実しており、設備も館内プールなどリゾートホテルのようでした。朝夕のバイキングも美味しく戴きました。 スタッフさんもマイカーでレオマワールドのバラ園に向かう私達をハイエースで誘導、ゲートまでへ案内をして下さるなど、とても親切でした。
