Comfortable Retreat
We booked a stay at the Avon Lakeshore property looking for some peace and relaxation during the Covid 19 crisis, and that's exactly what we got! There were kayaks to explore the river and lake, nearby restaurants like Brooks' Chicken and Pondos Pizza and Ice Cream for quick takeout, and easy access to both Oneonta and Cooperstown. The house was roomy and comfortable with a great central kitchen. Check-in and out was easy and the staff was very attentive to us having everything we needed.
