"The staff was awesome super friendly and all smiles. Very helpful when asking for place to go in the area for dinner. The rooms were nice and bathrooms were update probably not long ago. For the money a great hotel. It was a last minute for me to book. The White House was not but a half mile walk with a ton of restaurants close by. "

"Beautiful hotel, rooms in top quality with nice amenities. Be aware that if you stay at the hotel, they charge 50 to 100 dollars a day for parking. We had a Transit van, so it was 75 dollars, and that was an expense I did not calculate into the price of the room."

"The location was great. Close to restaurants, whole foods and the embassies. When I arrived I was notified I would have two double beds not the king I booked. Also, the parking was pricier than listed on Expedia.. This hotels walls are pretty thin. Additionally, the bed I had squeaked loud just by adjusting sleeping potions and very much needed repaired- my husband’s bed was fine. I weigh 135. With that being said I would have given this place a higher review- it could have just been my particular room. The location was perfect and the actual ambiance was very welcoming."

"Not enough staff"

"Property was under renovation and didn’t have elevator service to your floor. You had to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to an elevator! Something that was not doable for a 78 year old with a cane. Instead I had to use a freight elevator in the kitchen. Also, the heater in our room was broken. It kept. Asking loud banging noises when the fan went on and off. I reported the problem the first morning we stayed and the second morning we stayed but kept getting runaround excuses as to why it couldn’t be fixed. They offered me a new room but I only had to stay 1 more night and didn’t feel like packing up my room to go to another room, only to have to pack again the next day."

"I absolutely loved this hotel! The bar staff was amazing (for the most part). Coming off the highway and trying to park for valet is a bit tricky depending on what time you get there though. I didn’t try breakfast but the pizza from the on site restaurant was really good. I’m already thinking of booking again for my birthday in June. "
