"Clean room, quiet place to stay. This is a very small town, be sure to check if resturants are open. We were lucky and was able to eat dinner. The employees we encountered were extremely polite."

"The lodge is beautiful and is spacious enough that the 16 adults and 16 children gathered for our family reunion were able to have comfortable sleeping accommodations and bathrooms with adequate privacy. The common area with a large, well-designed kitchen and dining area on the ground floor allowed the entire group to gather for meals and games without crowding. During our stay, because of extreme heat, smoky skies from Utah wildfires, and reduced river flow from drought, many usual outdoor activities were limited. But family members played games on all three levels of the lodge, hot-tubbed, played spike-ball on the grassy area, and did some biking and walking on the nearby trail. The host was very responsive to questions and concerns."

"We wanted to be close to the 24th of July celebration in Monroe, but still have a place to play in the water and go for ATV rides in the mountains. Due to fires and floods, (obviously beyond the property owners' control) the water was a little muddy, but the kids still were able to paddleboard and play. There is a lot of room to play games or puzzles inside, which came in handy on the one rainy day. The property is beautiful as is the spacious cabin. We loved it!"

"I was worried about this property not having a bathroom en suite, but the host and property manager made me feel better and made the stay amazing. The people and service were great, the cabin super cute and cozy and the location beautiful. The only drawback was that they charged me $5,ooo for the deposit, which was strange. But it then took over 2 weeks to get a refund. Usually the deposit is only taken if there was a problem during the stay. "

"Host was remarkable and the property/house was outstanding. Proximity to the slopes is next level, allowed for the family to come and go back and forth, we had kids from 11, 12, 15, and I felt safe for them to come and go as they wanted from the resort. Absolutely a trip we'll come back to. I'm just bullying the owner to put in a hot tub that would have put it over the top. "
