GREENLANDS GUEST HOUSE - Large two story house

Large home the whole family can enjoy, Sleeps10. Linen included. This sophisticated two story homes boasts a master bedroom on the second floor which features a comfortable king size bed, with a wall mounted flat screen TV and DVD player. This room has its own large WIR, ensuite and a private balcony. The second floor also has one queen size bedroom and a double bedroom plus the family bathroom featuring a spa bath, shower and separate toilet. The first floor offers one queen size bedroom and a single bedroom providing easy access for guests with impaired mobility. All bedrooms have built in robes and bed side tables and lamps. They each have a split system for heating and cooling.

Guests can enjoy stunning 180 degree mountain views from this well thought out home which is bright and airy and has quality furnishings and finishes. It is equipped with all mod cons at your fingertips. Open plan living, dining, kitchen with a plush leather lounge suite and massive 50 inch flat screen Smart TV with a blue ray DVD player and library of movies on offer. The full kitchen has the latest stainless steel appliances including Fisher & Paykel dishwasher and wall oven. Large fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine and much more on offer.

The full length entertaining deck provides a spacious alfresco area with outdoor setting and BBQ. There is a large laundry with washing machine and dryer and access to a separate shower room and separate toilet.

Greenlands is centrally located with easy walking to the village centre. Raspberries and boysenberries are available for guests to pick in summer.
