New 4 bedroom home, completed 2018. Located within walking distance to Marysville village, about 400 metres.
Suitable for 3 couples, 2 larger families or 3 smaller families. Complete with wheel chair access and no pets allowed.
Master bedroom: Queen bed c/w ensuite and walk in robe. (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2: Double bed, c/w single bunk over (sleeps 3)
Bedroom 3: 2 x double bunks (sleeps 4)
Bedroom 4: Queen bed (sleeps 2)
Large open plan family/meals/kitchen area. Fully equipped kitchen.
Outdoor Alfresco with beautiful views of the Steavenson Valley. C/W Outdoor Dining, Lounge and BBQ.
Double Garage is not included for guests.
Main Bathroom includes bath, toilet and shower and wheel chair access.
Living area set up with lounge and TV ideal for the kids.

Great Place

We go to Marysville twice a year for tarmac rally, and we stay at Brads place, absolute fantastic place to stay, huge house really clean every time we stay, we love it.

An ideal house to stay in at Marysville.

Spacious, well set out house. Short walking distance to town.Great backyard looking towards Cathedral Ranges, and a field of kangaroos, cockatoos and a wombat! Modern kitchen and comfortable beds.

Fantastic house

Brad has a great house, we stay there twice a year when we race tarmac rally, it is a great location in a quiet court, we always have two cars and two trailers so it is easy for us. The house is huge heaps of room for all of us

Peaceful Property in Great Location

We had a lovely stay at Brad's property. It was an excellent size for our 2 families (4 adults, 5 kids aged 9-3) with plenty of beds, seating and crockery. Well stocked kitchen, full laundry and clothes line and 2 comfortable living spaces. We especially loved how easy it was to walk into town and the peaceful view across the mountains from the back windows and deck. Would definitely recommend.

Great views great house

We were all very surprised how big the house was. It had a great view from the back yard and in the kitchen. Great contact with the owner. Very tidy. Great for kids even had a great selection of books for all ages.

Wonderful location!

Perfect location, walking distance to the main St. We loved the house and the welcome pack was very thoughtful. Seeing all the kangaroos bouncing across the field at the back was magical for the kids. Would definitely stay again.
