I liked the clean indoor pool. I did not like the options for breakfast. Staff said they were out of items and first brought out bread for toast and hour after they open at 6:00.

It was a bit sketchy. The hallways smelled like weed our entire stay. When we got to our room our door was cracked, the window screen was busted out, and our window was open. There was dust built up everywhere, the lamps, shower, shower fan. Our bedding was stained and a little gross. But the bed were comfy.

Overall, the stay and the property are fine. However, the only vending machines, especially for bottled water, are out of service. The offerings in the breakfast area are generous, but don't include water other than for tea.

For the price, its great. We stay each year on our drive home. If you want a 5* its not for you but if you want clean with a pool and other amenities for a fair price, this is it. Good continental breakfast for the road in the am.

Property shows wear, room was stocked with one set of towels, there were no trash cans in the room. The staff at the desk was friendly & immediately brought additional towels. Only spent one night as we were on a road trip.

Worst stay at a hotel

Poor customer service when I arrived. Room was filthy and not cleaned whatsoever. Hair and bugs in shower. Food left in fridge. Hair all over the bedding. Also, people were loud all night and banging on doors all night, I got no sleep at all. I give this hotel a 0 out of 10.

Room was disgusting and dirty, as was the rest of the hotel. There’s no way this place deserves a 7.8/10 rating like it has on here.

Definitely worth the price. Room was clean and just what we needed for our mini vacation. Pool was decent and CLEAN. Staff was great. Mathew was wonderful! Very helpful and polite! Within a half hour of all our destinations for the week! (Zoo,COSI,Ohio state fair) Couldn’t really ask for more. Definitely would stay again!

Clean rooms, nice staff, stores and restaurants close to the building. The only thing I would change is that breakfast lasted longer. They only serve breakfast until 9am, and I woke up at 9:30am 😅

All doorhandles were dirty, shelves in room were dirty and dusty. There was an old bar of soap in the shower. Outside doors did not work with room key and needed to be propped open with rock. There was no hairdryer in the room and when I called the front desk, they told me to look around in all the cupboards. The drawer in dresser had old menus in it and dirt as well.

Quality over not-so-Super 8

After a disastrous experience for several hours at nearby Super 8, I could not brag enough about the 1000% improvement here! I have enjoyed a great experience for a week now at this fine hotel. Cody, Matt and Sara represent the BEST in what one could hope in hotel staff…. I just extended my stay!!! Thanks!!!
