On top of that the life guards aren't consistent in their rules each day and half of them don't care if you wait longer, there's absolutely no reguard for the guest's experience. Everyone seems bored and unhappy and it was too crowded once they closed everything but once again the hotel doesn't care."

"The manager of Hidden trails must have been over worked, I have never experienced a manager to be so rude. There were 9 of us for dinner, we waited for an hour before we even asked how much longer. She immediately had an attitude, We pointed out that people in the restaurant that came in after us had already received their food, She said oh yeah who? Point out who got their food before you. We said that we weren't going to do that because at this point everybody in the restaurant was looking in our direction, The manager stormed off and said there's only three of us. Maybe more training in customer service. This was very avoidable. On another note, customers should be made aware of changes in the waterpark prior to arrival. The maintenance made our stay difficult due to having a handicapped person with us and the closure led to her not being able to participate in our activities."
