The home was small but it worked for our needs, had a living area, sleeping area and great internet. Washer and dryer worked great. We could walk across the street food or drive a couple minutes down the road. Close to park, dog park, and any amenities you could need."

"We had guests visiting from Michigan and used The Seedling property as our base of operations. We explored Edwardsville and the surrounding area, much of which was walkable. We loved our time at this property! It was very cute and had plenty of space for two couples and one child."

"I’ve been to their home twice now. They provide every essential you need. It’s quiet and peaceful. They provide board games to entertain the family. I recommend the hot tub at night, I’m pretty sure you can see every star in the sky. Even the power plant across the field provides a cool landscape."

"First i want to say the house was spacious enough for all of us. The house was not very clean and the vents must've been dirty because we all got sick with colds and congestion the next day. The fenced in backyard is basically jst the pool and a little space for the grill. We could not go out there because of the way the pool is covered and not blocked off so the kids or even adults may have fallen on the tarp which had previous holes and fallen in the pool which still had water in it. Meeting Dexter the Donkey and the cats on the property, as well as enjoying the scenery, was the highlight.
