"The staff were courteous; however, I was disappointed that we were not allocated the best rooms. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was unavailable on the floor where our rooms were located, the TV did not work, and one of the bathrooms was non-functional. "

"Very good place, calm, good for families to relax. I got room with view of the valley, could see Sun rising. Stay was comfortable, service very good. Breakfast selection is also excellent with lot of options. Nice spa. Has Gym and travel desk too.Staff is very much supportive. Wifi is available in lobby."

"The orchid hotel i. Shimla is in a fantastic location. We stayed for three nights and we enjoyed the very helpful and courteous staff. Breakfast and dinner they serve is excellent and good value for money. "

"It was very conveient to be able to walk to the hotel from the train station on arrival. The staff were exceptionally friendly and service oriented. I was pleased with the size and cleaniless of the room. Glad there was extra blankets as Shimla does get cold. Mornings i enjoyed having the breakfast options, paratha and chai and scrambled eggs got me going for the day!"
