The home has central a/c that was installed in the fall of 2025. Come enjoy Bluff Ave beach, just a ten house walk which is known as one of the best beaches in Popponesset. Beach entry is flat, with a boardwalk and easily accessible. Location is a easy walk to the Spit, Community House and the Marketplace.
