Not worth the price
This property photographs well, but is not ready for renting out. There are loose and wobbly fixtures, the headboard is not attached to the bed, the lamps are either not plugged in or are missing lightbulbs. The shower drips constantly and loudly. There are ants in the bedroom, the living room and the kitchen. Big ants. The kitchen is not clean. I had to wash everything I used and I made toast in a frying pan because the toaster was gross. The listing said there was salt and pepper and cooking oil. There was no oil. I had to search hard for the TV remote. There is no information to welcome or orient a guest such as info about beach access, walking paths, or garbage/recycling. There were a few takeout menus, but no recommendations. This stay was a disappointment. The owner was responsive and refunded the cleaning fee upon my request.
