"This little hidden gem is scenic, relaxing, and friendly. It gives visitors a true "old fashion Cape Cod" feeling and we have visited this inn several times...and plan to go back, again. Steve and Helen, the owners, are delightful people, who have provided a safe, clean, and cheerful setting for travelers. Many thanks for making our little get-a-ways so wonderful."

"Glad there was a mini fridge with a small freezer! All went well and the room was small but totally adequate. Only complaint was that the AC/Heater was a bit noisy overnight, but I would stay here again-definitely. "

"This is a no frills little motel, but it’s very well located, the innkeeper Raj is lovely, and my room was spotless. Cleanliness is the most important thing to me at a place like this, and my room was immaculately clean. Highly recommend to anyone who just needs a basic place to lay your head for a good night’s sleep. Oh - also - the water pressure in the shower was fantastic!"

"Everything was excellent! We forgot a pair of glasses that my husband needs to see with and we hadn’t realized it. The receptionist kept calling and calling until he was able to get in contact with us. Thank you so much for that!"

"This hotel was amazing! We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very nice and clean. The front desk staff were fantastic. They greeted us with a smile and were very informative with activities to do on the island. Check in and check out was very smooth. The hotel was quiet throughout the night and everyone made us feel so welcomed! "
"Faraway Hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located to everything.
I booked somewhat last minute for our 10-year anniversary. Since there were no king rooms available, I booked a double room and sent a note requesting to waitlist a king room. To our surprise, the hotel graciously upgraded us to a beautiful two-bedroom suite. That gesture alone made our stay incredibly special.
We were also welcomed with a bottle of wine and a handwritten note wishing us a happy 10-year anniversary. The level of thoughtfulness and hospitality was exceptional.
The staff were friendly, the entire property was immaculately clean, the décor was beautiful, and the hotel smelled amazing. Every detail felt intentional and top-tier.
I highly recommend this hotel, and I plan to return for my next MV visit. Faraway and staff made our anniversary even more special. Thank you!"
"The bulk reason why I stayed in the jetted tub suite was for the tub.
It was very defective. Every 5-10min the tub would start creaking and making very loud sounds like it was on its way out or like it needed and oil change.
It sounds like it needed an oil change. I was too uncomfortable to use it again after the first night."
