Great location for the 4th!

We stayed over the 4th of July and it was the perfect location for downtown activities and a few blocks to the lake to watch the fireworks. The farmers market on Saturdays is also just a few steps away. Will definitely stay again

Cute cottage!

Loved our getaway to Clear Lake and really enjoyed staying at Third & Surf. This cute cottage is close to the city park, beach, Main Street, and the Surf. The neighborhood is quiet and walking is very enjoyable.

Was a very nice property. Great neighborhood and kid friendly. Very close to the iconic Surf Ballroom and easily walkable distance from the shops and park uptown near city beach etc.

A little Haven

We had a very nice stay at this vrbo. The owners were wonderful and attentive. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had to change our dates after the reservation was made and they were great about that as well. The only suggestion I would have would be to have some small tables next to the furniture to set drinks, plates etc. the gazebo was very special. Enjoyed the mornings in there with my coffee. It’s a special house, and we would love to stay there again. Also, it’s in a very good location in town as well.

Great property. Had more to offer than we took advantage of. If you are doing an event at the Surf like we were its a perfect location, can walk easily to it. Quiet neighborhood and great beds.

Perfect Location

We were in town for a concert at The Surf and this house was the best location for us to walk right over. The beds and furniture were super comfortable and the bedding smelled so clean. It’s decorated so cute and felt very welcoming! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating as well. We will for sure stay here again.

Wonderful Property

We really enjoyed staying at this property! It was very clean and cute and even had extras that were nice for our stay like games and garage access to store our bikes. I also like how close it was to the downtown area and the bike trails. The property managers were incredibly helpful with any issues that we had. I would definitely stay here again.
