"I enjoyed my stay here very much. It as quiet and removed from the busy tourist areas. Quiet and very comfortable. The coffee station was perfect. Very much a self serve , self check in scenario which I enjoyed but the staff were always responsive and informative on what app when needed. They shared exact details on check in process, parking etc which I appreciated arriving late at night. Overall I would recommend this hotel and stay here again."

"A lovely family run spot around 15 mins walk out of the chaos of the main central piazza. A short walk to st angelo where we visited a traditional Italian family run restaurant which was very reasonable and had a great vibe"

"We loved our stay here - the pool, restaurant, and grounds were perfect for our family! The views from our balconies were amazing and the food at both the pool bar and the on-site restaurant was delicious. The restaurant manager Andreas was phenomenal and his food and wine recommendations were always on point. We had not planned to at the restaurant more than once or maybe twice, but the food was so good we ended up eating all 3 nights there - even getting meals to go one night so we could relax in our room with some wine we had purchased from a local family farm. The location is a bit remote but that is what gives it its charm - although we did need to plan ahead with taxis and bus routes etc to make our day trips to Amalfi Coast and Capri. The reception staff was incredibly helpful with arranging day trips, taxis, etc. We wished we had stayed an additional night just to relax and enjoy the resort itself for a full day. If you go, check out La Masseria Farm - we actually walked to it from the Resort (25 min 1.1 m walk). They provide tours/lunch of the family farm and you will definitely need reservations as it books up months in advance."
"Absolutely lovely staff. If you are old or unfit stay away as the slope to the hotel is tough. Room could do with a little maintenance, overall lovely hotel. Bus stop to Sorrento is 4 minute walk along with a restaurant & supermarket"
"We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Grand Due Golfi in Sorrento. The hotel itself is beautiful, with absolutely amazing views that made our stay even more special. The pool area and outdoor restaurant were spectacular, providing the perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings.
The staff were incredible throughout our stay—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The rooms were spotless, very clean, and well maintained.
One of the biggest advantages was the complimentary shuttle bus service, which was so convenient for getting into Sorrento and back to the hotel without any hassle.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We would happily stay here again!"
"The property is beautiful and a nice oasis from the hustle and bustle of the towns on the Amalfi coast. The food is excellent and farm fresh. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. The only down side is also its best feature. It’s a bit of a drive to town and parking in town is hard to find and expensive."
"Wonderful views from our balcony of Sorrento and nearness to to slant Agatha. Plus we loved the hotel itself. It had all the amenities. Great breakfast and very well kept. Very stylish in a classic style that we love."
"The hotel is gorgeous. For us, it was a perfect oasis away from the hustle and bustle of our trip. The view can’t be beat! It is a 15-20 minute car ride from the heart of Sorrento, but there’s a shuttle that you can utilized (but it does end early around 7:30pm). Ubers can get a little pricey, but it was worth it for us to have more comfortable lodging than being closer to the city.
Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very gracious, helpful, and accommodating. They helped us arrange transportation to our excursions and were responsive to our needs. Breakfast was good too. Just as an FYI, most of the hotel guests are on the older side, and more sensitive to noise.
If coming back to Sorrento, we’d stay here again! And hopefully use more of the amenities such as the pool."
"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Excellent stay at Hotel O Sole Mio! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was amazing.
A special thank you to Veronica at the front desk for her kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. I would also like to recognize Franco for his excellent attention and willingness to help throughout our stay.
The hospitality of the entire team made us feel welcome and cared for. I would gladly return to this hotel because of the wonderful service provided by everyone, especially Veronica and Franco.
Highly recommende"

The transportation can be a little inconvenient, especially if you do not have a car.

"The decoration of the hotel lobby and restaurant and its view was amazing, breakfast was great and almost everything you would want for breakfast was available. Staff were friendly and kind."
