"Loved the layout and privacy and seating areas it was all very pretty. Staff very obliging and caring. Shuttle bus a lovely servicel as town is a drive away. However we didn't find out until the last day that we could eat in the hotel next door at night. This should be in the welcome paperwork as it's a way from town. The gardens and pool all needed some TLC and would greatly improve the experience."

"1. At the time of booking I noted and chose 2 adults+1 child (3 yrs old) with a room with 1 large bed and small bed for the child, but first night the child's bed wasn't there. After that they bring one (crib). 2. The shower floor was slippery, causing the child to slip and fall—luckily, he didn't get hurt. 3. The room is clean. The breakfast is good. The staff is friendly and helpful."

"We absolutely love this place! This was our second stay, and the staff were just as amazing as we remembered—so welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The rooms are clean, simple, and comfortable, and the location truly couldn’t be better. We already know this won’t be our last visit! We love this Certosa so much and hope it’s around forever! ❤️"

"Our entire stay at Relais Blu was a 5 star experience. The staff greeted us upon arrival and were extremely responsive throughout our stay. Essentially anything we needed, they were there to support. The view from the hotel is fantastic. The dining experience is also superb. For a relatively small hotel, they have invested in a quality chef and the staff to support the restaurant. We were never rushed with our meals and the food was excellent. The hotel includes a breakfast with a large variety of options. It was wonderful to start the day with a quality breakfast supported by a wonderful view. I would not hesitate to stay at Relais Blu again."

"This property is very beautiful and the views are stunning. Breakfast is great and the staff in general are attentive. There are two issues though that make me lower the rating to 4 stars. Number one (we were aware of but didn’t think would be so significant), the distance from the main road and everything else is huge. We ended up spending a lot of time and money getting around. Second issue is the lack of clarity about the description of the annex building where we stayed. On the website it says it has garden view only. This is inaccurate since the building has excellent sea views from not only the common terrace but some of the rooms. I was very interested in sea view and asked via message prior to the trip but I was not properly advised. Question was unanswered. Once I was brought to our room, I asked again about sea view from the room next door to ours, which was available and under the same reservation since we were a group of 8. My other friends were arriving later so I wanted to get that room with the view for me and my 3 friends who arrived first. The guy lied to us and said there was no sea view there and only a small window. I later confirmed that the room actually had a Juliet balcony and a window, both overlooking the ocean and Capri island. Do your research and make sure you request sea view if staying in the annex since it’s the same price and a much better experience."

"My wife and I were both unexpectedly unwell on this week long, eagerly awaited holiday, but although we couldn't get out and about much the hotel made up for this and somehow we still enjoyed ourselves. It has a faded charm, lots of places to sit and enjoy the magnificent views over the Bay of Naples, and the staff were wonderfully kind and helpful. We also had the benefit of a room with a patio looking out over the pool. The meals didn't seem anything special until we discovered the al a carte as opposed to the set menu that is pushed forward, because it is much better. The nearby village of St Agath has many decent restaurants too and there are regular shuttles into Sorrento and easy access to the Amalfi coast. Despite the circumstances, we would go back"
