"Pros: My partner and I had a wonderful time staying in Massa Lubrense! The accommodation was super clean and right around the corner from the small town center, just steps away from various restaurants and shops. Maria Giovanna was incredibly welcoming and made our experience super easy. We paid to rent a parking space in the garage which she was also really helpful with. Check in and out was smooth and we would definitely stay here again!"

"The property is very cute , right in the main area of Sorrento . There are numerous food and shopping options within a few min walk. The ferry was less than a 10 min walk. "We absolutely love this place! This was our second stay, and the staff were just as amazing as we remembered—so welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The rooms are clean, simple, and comfortable, and the location truly couldn’t be better. We already know this won’t be our last visit! We love this Certosa so much and hope it’s around forever! ❤️"

"Amazing!!! We had the best time and this hotel was one of the highlights of our entire trip. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were super nice and helpful. The views from the balcony were amazing. The room looks out over the gulf at the island of Capri. The sunsets were phenomenal from both the room and the rooftop terrace. I highly recommend a cocktail/glass of wine on the rooftop while watching the sunset. It was stunning! The icing on the cake is the onsite restaurant! We decided to eat dinner there almost every night. The food and service were some of the best of the entire trip. Also, don’t forget there is an indoor heated pool in the spa in addition to the rooftop pool. If there was a con, it would be the location relative to downtown Sorrento, but the EAV bus route has a stop right in front of the hotel. For only 2 Euros, you can be downtown in 10-15 minutes. 10/10 recommend!!"

"Our entire stay at Relais Blu was a 5 star experience. The staff greeted us upon arrival and were extremely responsive throughout our stay. Essentially anything we needed, they were there to support. The view from the hotel is fantastic. The dining experience is also superb. For a relatively small hotel, they have invested in a quality chef and the staff to support the restaurant. We were never rushed with our meals and the food was excellent. The hotel includes a breakfast with a large variety of options. It was wonderful to start the day with a quality breakfast supported by a wonderful view. I would not hesitate to stay at Relais Blu again."

"This property is very beautiful and the views are stunning. Breakfast is great and the staff in general are attentive. There are two issues though that make me lower the rating to 4 stars. Number one (we were aware of but didn’t think would be so significant), the distance from the main road and everything else is huge. We ended up spending a lot of time and money getting around. Second issue is the lack of clarity about the description of the annex building where we stayed. On the website it says it has garden view only. This is inaccurate since the building has excellent sea views from not only the common terrace but some of the rooms. I was very interested in sea view and asked via message prior to the trip but I was not properly advised. Question was unanswered. Once I was brought to our room, I asked again about sea view from the room next door to ours, which was available and under the same reservation since we were a group of 8. My other friends were arriving later so I wanted to get that room with the view for me and my 3 friends who arrived first. The guy lied to us and said there was no sea view there and only a small window. I later confirmed that the room actually had a Juliet balcony and a window, both overlooking the ocean and Capri island. Do your research and make sure you request sea view if staying in the annex since it’s the same price and a much better experience."
