"We had a good experience during this stay.. only complaint was the swimming pool. There was a handful of families with kiddos swimming and some rude 14 yrs old boys were unattended and being very disrespectful took over the whole pool and made it hard for the little kids in the shallow end to swim safely. I asked the staff to ask them to calm down a little bit so we all could enjoy the pool. They did nothing about it unfortunately. We picked the property because of the pool for my daughter's birthday weekend. It was kind of disappointing "

"TV kept freezing or flickering. Smoking area was right outside the side door so it smelled like smoke. Craftsmanship (paint job etc) in the bathroom was poorly done. Unacceptable for the price of the hotel."

"The room was okay, except for the small fridge wasn’t keeping the food cold enough and I lost some food. The gym was an absolute joke. But I guess it’s the best they could do for the space they had the gym in. The air conditioning/heater did not adjust properly, but I suspect it was operator error (I just wasn’t figuring it out). This biggest issue was that one can hear everyone both walking and or running up and down the hallways. When I walked down those same hallways, I could hear the folks talking in their rooms. It is what it is…I guess. Basically, I thought it was pricey for what they charged. "
