Le pire hotel de ma vie (sauf la gentil accueil)

apart from the kind people at reception all the rest was horrible, plastic bathroom that smells, poor cleaning, small room, no wardrobe, crazy expensive price for the type of hotel

Very inconveniant to get there due to limited staffing hours. Arrived by plane at LYS airport - had to take a cab to make it before 9PM (when staff desk is unmanned). Cost me 120 euros! :( Extremely limited room space for myself and my family. Bathroom was barely big enough to fit an adult. The front desk worker was helpful giving us directions to get back to Lyon via public transit.

I didn't receive a SMS with code and the reception was almost closed at 20.45 (should have been open until 21.00). If I came 5 min after I would not be able to enter the room.

Saubere Unterkunft in Autobahnnähe, gelegen in einem Gewerbegebiet, großer Parkplatz. Wir haben das Hotel als Zwischenübernachtung nach Südfrankreich genutzt. Die Zimmer sind sauber, Frühstücksservice ist verbesserungswürdig, da nur 1 Person für Frühstück und Auschecken da ist. Für eine Übernachtung vollkommen in Ordnung.

Lkw Fahrer nutzen mit das Hotel und lassen vor dem Hotel pausenlos die Motoren für die Klimaanlage laufen. Um das Hotel kehrt nie Ruhe ein.

J’ai contacté l’hôtel par téléphone pour dire que que mon arrivée serait au alentour de 00h , Jai reçu un sms avec 2 numéro de chambre alors que j’en ai réservé qu’une … dans le halle de l’hôtel il y Avait pas l’enveloppe à mon nom , Jai du appeler le service d’urgence pour qu’il nous trouve une chambre pour la nuit . Pas de Clim pas de ventilo , impossible de se tourner dans la douche une cabine , pas de place de parking non plu trop de camion certain véhicule prenne 2 place à cheval , heureusement que j’avais pris mon ventilo en plein mois de juin canicule 2025

Horrible Ma pire nuit a l'hôtel Pas de climatisation ni de ventilateur (propose) J ai dormi dans un four. La telecommande est ignoble, grasse, des miettes, grossierement scotche pour retenir les piles. Beaucoup d'insectes sur le haut des murs. Ma fille n'osait pas s endormir. JE DECONSEILLE+++++
