"We were disappointed the bed was supposed to be a queen ended up with a full the exhaust fan didn't work door to the bathroom came off the hinges the one sink leaked both cold and hot and when it was fixed it was put on backwards "

"Room was dirty had no water pressure. The rooms had a very foul smell was not very happy overall and will never stay at this hotel again."

"The management just left 3 workers to fend for themselves. The maintenance guy was working the front desk, laundry, and housekeeping. He was a great guy, just previous owners messed everything up. It's not called the Townhouse anymore. He did the best he could for what he had. Air worked great and it was nice enough just to sleep in. "

"The room was nice and beds were comfortable breakfast was delicious . I would stay here again"

"Staff were great and it was a fun experience. I would bring my own pillow next time."

"Cook on second night was very rude to wait staff which was wide open in the dining area. Room had blood looking stains all over ceilings and high walls, which was disturbing as well."

"Did not give us new towels , but they brought some up when we called. The staff was always cleaning and working on site though. Hot tub was closed off. The pool area needs some attention but they were working on it. Could really use more parking spots."

"The front desk girl was the rudest and most awful hotel contact I have EVER encountered! We showed up around 6pm and while checking in, I asked about scheduling our airport shuttle for the next morning. The girl was so nasty and rude Saying that they require a 24 hour notice. She admitted that is not posted or advertised and said it’s not her problem, she just works there”. When I asked if she could please at least try for us because we really needed that shuttle, she got even ruder and it became an argument with her saying she won’t give me a room and to leave the hotel. We went outside and made calls. Thankfully the Marriott not only had a room for us, but even though their shuttle was broken down, she set up a taxi at no cost to me. Do NOT go to the Cambria!!!"
