"It was a great disappointment, even the bathroom door was broken and when you lock it, it is not unlocked and you keep trapped inside! There was not any hot water in the room and the other room my sister stayed was a smoked room and she could not sleep, it was a horrible stay that me and my family would like to forget.."

"very clean hotel and good location every thing within walking distance very good staff in the reception specifically Efe and also all other hotel staff they were helpful room is big and bed was very comfortable all amenities are made available for guest comfort breakfast was excellent and parking is available in the under ground only one thing I noticed and that the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not operating and I am sure it would be fixed for sure If I visit sakarya next time I will pick this hotel"

"Could have been better!! It was an expensive stay for what we got. The first day when we checked in there was no electricity and we were told that it won’t come another few hours. At night it went off again, luckily kids were sleeping and I don’t even know when it came back. Apparently they always have electricity problem so I think they really need to get a generator. The pool was cold and we wanted it to be heated which they said it could be only warm (not hot) in 3 hours so we didn’t wait and decided to see places in Sapanca. Buffet breakfast and the house was nice but there were things that could be improved such as renewing the sponge and cloths in the kitchen. "
