"The place was very clean. Check in was easy. We even got to see a deer right in the back yard and found an arrowhead at the beach. The guy from 2024 that said there were roaches is full of prunes. Zero issues with bugs. Except mosquitoes. They are massive, but slow. They are not inside until you open the door. Kill them quickly and you will be fine. We will rent from Matt again in the future."

"Awesome, quick getaway with the family. The host is very, very responsive. The pool area is amazing. Its a salt water pool and the water was a perfect temperature. Super refreshing! I met the property manager there, he was friendly, had great recommendations and area insights. There are semi hidden path ways to walk to the beach but the beach is only a 3 drive (if that) from the condo. We chose to drive and you can drive on the beach. 4 wheel drive is almost necessary but there is an area by the beach entrance you can park at and walk in if you are worried about getting stuck. The condo itself is very well equipped, clean and cozy. Great views from the deck! I highly recommend this location as the place itself and host are great. Looking forward to a return trip soon!"

"The location is amazing! On the river but not on the main drive so cars aren’t zooming by just out the front door. We brought our boat and were able to tie it up in the covered boat slip even though the boat lift wasn’t available (bring ropes though as there are no cleats on the dock).It is a very spacious home and fit us all well! The kitchen was well stocked for making complete meals at home, just bring some disposable silverware as that supply was limited. The AC worked well downstairs and in half of the upstairs, but it seemed like one (out of three) unit wasn’t working at all so two rooms stayed quite warm over night. Gladly there were box fans available we used to pull cool air into those rooms. Be aware there is no wifi! Use it as an excuse to detach, relax, and enjoy the amazing sunsets (or use your hotspot!)."

"The house was in good shape with nice upgrades. The only issue was a dirty A/C filter keeping it from cooling. Once it was replaced the A/C worked great."
