This unique property has an out in the country peaceful feel, yet it is 8 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from shops & restaurants. Newly built, fresh and beautifully decorated. This is a 3-bedroom, 2- bathroom, open concept kitchen and living room. It has a great front porch with seating with table for relaxing after a long day on the beach or fishing. Master bedroom has en-suite bathroom and King bed. Second bedroom has 1 bunk bed (twin/full) w/ twin trundle. Third bedroom has 1 queen bunk bed. Hallway guest bathroom. Hallway closet washer/dryer. Living room has a fireplace. Dining area has dining table for 6 and 4 bar stools along the island.
Kitchen includes refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, keurig K-duo hot & iced single-serve coffee maker carafe coffee maker, ice maker blender, microwave, toaster and cooking basics, dishware & flatware. Also has 2 security camera’s outside the property facing driveway. Wireless internet. Smart tv’s in each room. Plenty of parking. This is a duplex so the porch and parking is shared spaces but each unit has it's own seating with table's.
