"Room was spacious, there was a microwave, mini fridge, cooking utensils, stove, couch, table with chairs, toaster, and a kettle. They do offer breakfast for a fee. They don’t have an ac just a fan and a heater. They don’t have a phone either. Wifi connection was good. Town is just a drive away where you can find stores, restaurants and coffee shops. Property is a little outdated but overall it was ok. It was quiet for the most part other than hearing the train or cars passing by. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you get a room upstairs, you get a nice view of the sunrise and sunset. Hobbiton is about 20 mins away. "
