"MINUS 10 STARS!! Went from bad to worse from the time we arrived. From having a mess in 1 room since they were building a bed, no toiletries at all as mentioned, Water was not working properly; lights went off in 1 room and the ac and water not working in another. Then went in total darkness with no back-up generator available and we were told it happens all the time. Staff was hard to find even with a 'reception' area. All around a horrible experience. Plus, we forgot to take 1 item...

"Great hotel. Had all The amenities from an all inclusive . The room was great. All amenities are incredible , the pool and the buffet were great. I preferred the buffet over the signature restaurants. The beach access was great and the beach in front of the hotel is amazing,."

"Absolutely first class holiday and resort. Food was exceptionally good, both in the a La Carte restaurants and the buffet, grounds were immaculate, staff were friendly and warm. The pool areas and raised beach were fabulous. If you had a question or needed help with something, dial 9 and reception staff sorted it without ever needing to leave your room. Without doubt one of our best holidays ever and we will be going back next year without a doubt. The only note of caution would relate to disabled or elderly clients, the resort is well advertised as large and sprawling and dotted around a hillside, so walking about for some might be difficult. We loved with Island and would rate this holiday overall as a 10/10!"

"This was absolutely a perfect retreat after a weeklong Safari in the Serengeti! We stayed in the two bedroom bungalow directly on the beach and had absolute privacy along with 24 hour security! I’m still dreaming of falling asleep to the sound of the sea every evening. The food was excellent and we ate seafood fresh every evening. The swimming pool was a luxury after spending time in the tide pools or swimming in the salty ocean we felt like there was ultimate privacy, even though there were other people, it was calm, relaxing, and peaceful. The resort was extremely clean. The beauty products in the bathrooms were really great and everything exceeded our expectations.The staff were absolutely 100% there for us anticipating our every need and a wonderful surprise was the masseuse Esther and we had a luxurious massage and other spa treatments. Every day we left ultimately relaxed and ready to go back to day-to-day life if you’re looking for a calm, peace, and quiet Zoi is for you! I can’t wait to return someday and I feel already like we would be welcome back like it is our second home!"

"A Wonderful Place to Relax and Experience Zanzibar! I spent five nights at Alladin Beach Resort following my Kilimanjaro climb, and it was a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Zanzibar. The setting is beautiful, with stunning views of the Indian Ocean and spectacular sunrises. I loved starting my mornings with a coffee, watching the sun come up and taking in the peaceful surroundings. What really made my stay special, though, was the people. The staff were warm, welcoming and genuinely attentive. A special mention to Farah, the bartender, who went out of his way to make me a special drink. Those little personal touches make such a difference. The resort provided a lovely balance of relaxation and opportunities to explore. I enjoyed the atmosphere, the ocean views and the chance to experience a little of the local culture beyond the hotel. After nine days climbing Kilimanjaro, Alladin was exactly the kind of place I needed to recharge. I left with wonderful memories, and I would happily return. Asante sana to everyone at Alladin Beach Resort!"

"We arrived for our honeymoon and it was simply a dream! The room is breathtaking, decorated to the most beautiful level we have ever seen, privacy, private pool, we took all inclusive and enjoyed every moment, the hotel staff was warm, charming and pleasant and responded to our every request, the hotel has 2 restaurants, in the main hotel restaurant the breakfast was excellent, the second restaurant on the beach the lunch and dinner were excellent and we felt like we were in a Michelin restaurant in the design and presentation of the dishes, the entire service team was charming, open view of the entire ocean and unparalleled peace, we highly recommend coming and pampering ourselves, the food was varied with lots of choice, some of the dishes were more to our taste, some less so but we did not stay hungry for a second, we highly recommend coming for the experience, disconnecting and enjoying the peace and privacy"

"Lovely room and the view was phenomenal. Check in says till 11pm but make sure you let them know in advance (we had) but it was clear they were due to go home when we arrived after 10. Food at restaurant was great, and staff very helpful. We dived with the sister hotel and had a great experience. We contacted them ourselves as hotel suggested getting shuttle bus to book but they were responsive via WhatsApp and this was easier."
