Lugar muito calmo para descansar em férias com a família. Está muito próximo ao mar e é frequentado por famílias. O apartamento está muito bem equipado, não senti falta de nenhum utensílio. A proprietária é muito bem receptiva em tirar dúvidas e as meninas que trabalham no condomínio tbm. Espero voltar em breve.

Bom o que posso dizer ,foram dias agradáveis junto da minha família o apê é bem arejado confortável com uma vista linda para o mar os detalhes e decoraçao nos remetem a uma tranquilidade .. a propietaria muito atenciosa nos deu dicas e nos deixou bem tranquilos em relação a pagamentos e tudo mais, balneário tranquilo só atravessar a rua esta no mar,muito bom ano que vem se possível for voltaremos!

Apto muito bom, apenas acho que há necessidade de melhorias em alguns móveis, mas se for somente para locação até que satisfaz, pois não é todos locatários que cuidam com o dono, excelente local pra quem quer ir com a família descansar, localização realmente é beira mar.... é só atravessar a rua e esta na praia, parabéns Nadya. O apartamento é muito bom, bem equipado e a localização ótima. A limpeza e manutenção estavam adequadas, com bom funcionamento de todos os itens.Banheiro, cozinha, lavação. A proprietária foi super atenciosa e os acertos de pagamento, entrada e saída do imovel sem burocracia ou qualquer entrave.Recomendo o aluguel e pretendo alugar no práximo ano.
