The hotel is clean, in a safe neighborhood (with a receptionist available 24/7), and the breakfast had a great spread. I was provided an airport transfer when leaving and it was delivered in a very nice Tesla. The staff was friendly and accomodating every step of the way. My biggest complaint is honestly how it's located at the top of a steep hill, so heading to it from the Baixa-Chiado or Rossio metro stops is rough sledding. It is close to great stops like Carmo convent, Rossio square, and the Santa Justa lift though!

21 Aug 2019Beware that the hut hire can get crowded. Also an Uber there and back with small children is likely better than the bus which is crowded and hard to get a space on. Bit more expensive but likely overall a better choice.
