This unique chalet impresses with its high-quality furnishings, lovingly preserved building fabric and historic flair. You can feel the special character of this house as soon as you enter. Two of the bedrooms are located on open galleries and are ideal for families with children. TV, washing machine and a private terrace with its own garden ensure maximum comfort. There is also a communal sauna - perfect for a relaxing holiday

Raneburg is nestled in the idyllic mountains of East Tyrol and is a real insider tip for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers. In summer, alpine pastures, forests and crystal-clear streams invite you to go hiking and exploring. In winter, the region offers family-friendly ski areas, cross-country ski trails and romantic winter hiking trails. Despite the quiet location, the infrastructure is excellent: Shopping facilities, restaurants and leisure activities are all within easy reach. A perfect blend of nature and comfort

Es handelte sich um einen fast 350 Jahre alten, denkmalgeschützten Bauernhof, der außerord ...

Es handelte sich um einen fast 350 Jahre alten, denkmalgeschützten Bauernhof, der außerordentlich liebevoll und zu Ferienunterkünften umgestaltet wurde. Dabei wurden geschickt die modernen Ausstattungen und Gestaltungen mit den historischen Details und Bauteilen kombiniert. Wir wohnten im ehemaligen Hauptgebäude mit der alten Küche und mit der noch mit originaler Holzvertäfelung und Dielenboden versehenen Bauernstube. Praktisch war hier die Speisendurchreiche zur Küche. Der über die Zentralheizung angebundene alte Ofen machte die Stube sehr gemütlich. Im Erdgeschoss befand sich noch ein Rückzugs-Ruheraum mit 2 Relax-Liegen 2 Wirtschaftsräume mit Lager- und Abstellmöglichkeiten sowie mit Waschmaschine und einem zusätzlichen WC. Von außen ist nochmal sehr praktisch ein beheizter Raum für Ski-Schuhe und -sachen zugänglich. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich die Schlafräume, die jeweils über ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und WC verfügen. Zwei Schlafräume sind mit einem Doppelbett jeweils unter einer Panoramaverglasung versehen. Die zwei anderen Schlafräume verfügen über eine 2. Ebene mit je zwei weiteren Betten somit über je 4 Betten. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen und uns hier außerordentlich wohl gefühlt. In der ehemaligen benachbarten Scheune befindet sich eine weitere Ferienwohnung für insgesamt 8 Personen und noch eine Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen. (evtl. + Kind auf Sofa). Diese Wohnungen konnten wir uns anschauen - sie wurden ebenfalls mit bester moderner Gestaltung und viel Liebe zum Detail in die historische Bausubstanz integriert. Hier wurde im Erdgeschoss der ehemaligen Scheune auch eine moderne Saunalandschaft eingebaut. Es gibt hier eine Finnische Sauna, 4 Ruheliegen, Dusche, WC und einen kleinen Außenbereich zum Abkühlen. Alles ist wiederum mit viel Glas, neuem und alten Holz wunderbar in die alte Scheune integriert. Das Ensemble wird vervollständigt von einem großen Carport für 5 PKW, angebautem Skiraum sowie weiteren PKW-Stellplätzen. Für den Sommer gibt es auch außen schöne Terrassen mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Übergabe mit dem Vermieter verlief sehr nett und völlig unproblematisch. Die Kommunikation verlief unproblematisch über Telefon und WhatsApp. Da wir über Silvester da waren, stellte er uns auch eine Möglichkeit und Brennholz für ein Lagerfeuer sowie eine Partybox zur Verfügung.
