My experience was amazing. Of course, once I get there my card isn’t working, right? Ughhhh. However, the front desk was accommodating and let me still check in and just advised to have it situated prior to departure. Breakfast was amazing, room was cleaned very well, projector instead of a tv was kool and different.

There were no longer face sets in my room, but perhaps that is because the room type this trip? I ran out and got my own at the pharmacy. No problem. The service is great and everything is very clean (as it has also been in prior trips).

This hotel was brilliant. One of the best equipped rooms we stayed in whilst in Japan. A great sized room with a small kitchenette including a washing machine. Only 15 walk to shibuya crossing and a supermarket directly across the road. No breakfast offered at the hotel but that didn't really matter. Highly recommend this hotel.
