"We decided to come even if we don’t have a dog, but this was not a problem. Of course, you have to like dogs, because most people come with their dogs. But everyone is very respectful. The staff is always helpful and adorable. The bedroom was wide, clean and the view on the ocean is beautiful. "Great locetion, super spacious room. Friendly staff. Only down side is we are staying at the newly renovated wing but the onsen is at the main hotel which we need to walk a few blocks for everyday breakfast and onsen but other than that we had a great stay"

"The hotel was very small but nice and homey. Seemed very popular among Japanese locals. The lobby and hallways seemed modern. When we got to our room 402, we realized our room was very outdated in comparison to the rest of the hotel. The room itself smelled moldy. There were mold and grime stains in the tiles on the bathroom floor and shower wall. The shower curtain had mold spots and stains. The chairs had ripped fabric."

"Although the staff were mostly able to speak English, many of the signs were only in Japanese. This included the instructions on the toilet and the kettle. Google came to the rescue and translated whatever we needed. The restaurant staff were very helpful and even gave us a tour of the extensive buffet the first evening. The buffet food was delicious and plentiful. Our room was twice as big as we expected, which was a nice surprise! I wonder if we accidentally reserved a suite, which would certainly account for the high price. 🤔 There was a bedroom and separate living room, each with its own flat-screen television. The air-conditioning worked well, as did the remote control for the room lights, which provided good lighting. The bathroom was big, too, and like the living room it had windows looking out on the sea."

"If you can afford the extra get a room with a view .We didn't and had a lovely view of the car park. We were also there on a holiday weekend (Which we were unaware of before arrival) and made the mistake of not booking dinner months or weeks before our arrival so the restaurant was already booked out for the two nights of our stay. It was difficult to get in anywhere as it was a holiday. Poor planning on my part. As I had booked my stay here many months in advance it might have been nice to have been sent an email with the option of booking for dinner as it was a holiday and the restaurant was always going to be booked out but oh well. But it was a nice area and a nice stay. Very comfortable room and very comfortable beds and pillows. The in house Onsen was brilliant!! "
