"At check in the lady wasn't very pleasant. When I asked why the amount I was charged was different than what I was told, she tells me there's a 2.50 fee for credit card processing. Who still charges the consumer a processing fee? We got to the room and I immediately began checking the room for cleanliness and bed bugs. Kudos to the housekeeping staff!
