However pay attention to the fact there is no elevator-older travelers may find climbing the stairs with their luggage difficult - be sure and request a first floor room. Note that in spite of an eating location being shown the only breakfast item is granola bars."

"We're celebrating our 26th anniversary and this place . This place made our experience magnificent. It was easy to connect with nature, and the interaction with all the animals was spectacular. Being able to touch and feed the giraffes was our favorite moment. The staff is very kind and helpful. The cabins are very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. We will definitely return to this place as often as we can."

"The house was spacious and clean. The trail to the lake and beach was fun for all! The grandkids enjoyed the pool too. There were lots of discrepancies between the website posting and actual property. Posted 2 queen beds upstairs, but they had one queen bed and one full size bed. No smoke detector in one bedroom upstairs. Stated 11am check out time on website, but host told us 10am on her “info board” at the house. The kitchen needs more utensils (only had 10 forks) and a bigger table and more chairs needed to accommodate the number of people (15) that the listing states. The kids could not play in the backyard due to tall grass and lots of grass burs. There is a big dead tree in the front yard with a fallen limb. We shared all this with the host and VRBO customer service. Hopefully Carrie will take care of these issues soon. If attention is given to these issues, we would come again! It has magnificent views from back porch!!."
