Charming two-bedroom apartment (T3) on the first floor of a house, equipped for 5 people. It includes a living room with a double sofa bed, an open-plan kitchen fully equipped for a comfortable stay, a beautiful terrace overlooking the beach, two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with a single bed), a shower room, and a separate toilet.

Note: Filter coffee maker.
Bright and well-maintained. Towels and linens are available for rent upon request (payable on site). Cleaning is available as an optional extra.

The seaside resort of Carnon-Plage is the closest resort to Montpellier (13 km, approximately a 15-minute drive). It's a family-friendly resort with 7 km of fine sandy beaches stretching from the port of Carnon to La Grande-Motte, where you'll find a wide range of activities. You can also find shops and restaurants along the beach or in the port. Local markets are held three times a week during the summer, and a craft market is held in the port every Wednesday.
The property: ideally located on the beachfront with a view, and easy access to the beach. The accommodation is located about a fifteen-minute walk from the port and shops, and a few minutes by car.
