Luxury brand new appartment 40 m away from a large sand beach

Quiet residence, 40m from a large sand beach, consisting of 3 onebedroom apartments and one Duplex 4 bedrooms apartment. All are air-conditioned.
The building is through with a view of the sea and the street to the front and a view of a garden with trees and tennis courts to the back.
The garden is shaded, fenced, quiet and equipped with an electric barbecue. Only residents have access.
The car park is private covered and secure. Two parking are reserved for this apartment: one in the garage and the other just at the entrance of the residence on the right.

The terrace of this Duplex apartment of 110 m2 is exceptional. The composite glass railings will provide you with an exceptional view on the sea.

New equipment: Oven, Microwave, induction hob, Combi including integrated ice maker, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine.
An electric barbecue is dedicated to the apartment directly on the terrace.

The fiber is installed for homeofficein excellent conditions. WIFI is free.

The location is ideal. All activities can be done on foot if you wish. Bakery, port, restaurants, bars and other shops. The market is 150m away twice a week.

Many sports activities are within walking distance: Beach of course at 40m, Tennis (50m,) Beach Volleyball and Children's Games, Sailing School, Rowing...

The location is also perfect for exploring the region.
Downtown Montpellier, Sainte Marie de la Mer, Zoo, Giant Aquarium, typical villages, Wine tasting and other visits...

Airport 12 mins.
New Montpellier Sud de France TGV station 10 minutes away.

Everything has been thought out to allow you to spend a dream vacation with family or friends.

The rental is from Saturday to Saturday for the months of July and August.
There is no elevator.

+Nähe zum Strand +ÖV in der Nähe (Transp'OR) +Wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit Meerblick +Neue Einrichtung +Unkomplizierter Check-in & Check-out +Fahrradverleih in der Nähe -Wohnung ist mit 12 Personen sehr klein. Empfehlenswert sind 10 Personen, da in diesem Falle die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer nicht benötigt wird.
