"The room was great, and huge by Japan standards. The only problem was the check in was a bit of a pain. It is all over the phone and if you are a foreigner with a phone from outside of Japan the service isn't the best and issues came up. But overall worth the price and close to the train station."

"The room was unexpected because it was huge. The only thing I can say negative is the check in process. Its hard and if your phone does not have international calling then you are not able to make a phone call and reach out to the customer service. "
