The holiday apartment 'Loft vue Canigou' is located in Maureillas-las-Illas (66) and offers a stunning view of the mountains. Situated on the 3rd floor, it consists of a living room/bedroom with access to the rooftop, a bathroom, and a toilet. It can accommodate 2 adults and one child. This rental features a private terrace. The loft provides breathtaking views of Canigou and the village rooftops in a 17th-century building in Maureillas-las-Illas, nestled between the sea and the Pyrenees mountains.



The apartment is 5 minutes from the Spanish border, 25 minutes from the beaches, 30 minutes from Perpignan, 1 hour 30 minutes from Montpellier and Toulouse via Carcassonne, and 2 hours from Barcelona.



Several free parking areas are available in the village, including two with surveillance cameras. A maximum of two pets is allowed (available for an extra fee).
