Located in Maureillas-las-Illas, this loft offers a stunning view of the sacred Catalan mountain, Canigou. Set on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it features a living/sleeping area with a kitchenette opening onto a private terrace, plus a bathroom with toilet. Suitable for 2 adults and one child.

Enjoy breathtaking views of nature and village rooftops in a 17th-century building nestled between the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees. The apartment is 5 minutes from the Spanish border and Céret, 25 minutes from the beaches, 30 minutes from Perpignan, 1.5 hours from Montpellier, 2 hours from Toulouse via Carcassonne, and 1.5 hours from Barcelona (free highway).

Several free parking lots are available in the village, two with surveillance cameras. Up to 2 pets allowed. Events permitted, with a maximum of 6 people (including guests) on the property. The apartment is ideal for short or medium stays.
