    Mas Hortense is located on Chemin de la Mussargue in Maussane-les-Alpilles.. A quiet home with a pool, perfect for family holidays in Maussane. Just minutes from the village center and the Alpilles trails, it combines comfort, privacy and Provençal charm.



    The Space:

    Inside, the living area includes a smart TV lounge with sofas and armchairs, a fully equipped kitchen,and a dining space. The ground floor also includes a large entrance hall and guest toilets.

    Upstairs, you’ll find the three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room and toilet. All beds are double (140 cm). The entire house is air-conditioned.



    Mas Hortense is perfect for family holidays or a getaway with friends, especially for those seeking the charm and authenticity of Provence: strolling through the local market, hiking in the Alpilles, and discovering the surrounding villages… Located just a few kilometers from Arles, in the heart of the Alpilles, you’ll be ideally placed to explore Les Baux-de-Provence, Fontvieille, Paradou and many other gems of the region.



    Set in a peaceful environment without being isolated, the mas enjoys complete privacy and offers every comfort, including a 9 m x 4.5 m swimming pool with an underwater cover. Pool heating is available in April, May and September upon request (extra charge applies). The outdoor area features a spacious deck with eight comfortable sun loungers, parasols, a pool house with tables and armchairs, as well as a large dining table for your lunches and dinners on the terrace. A barbecue is also available.



    Guest Access:

    The property offers parking for two cars inside and one additional space in front of the house.



    The Neighborhood:

    5 minutes walk from the center of the village. Maussane is well known for its charm and its excellent local shops : butchers, fishmongers, greengrocers, bakeries, wine merchants and more. The market takes place every Thursdays on the village square.



    For nature lovers, the hiking trails of the Alpilles can be accessed directly from the house. There are tennis courts walking distance and several golf courses close by.

Mas Hortense is located in a quiet neighborhood of Maussane-les-Alpilles. It is a nice decorated house with comfortable beds and neat bathrooms. It is equipped with comfortable furniture, neat kitchen and has a nice terrace and swimming pool.
