"Everyone ee encountered was very attentive. Location cannot be beat. Great breakfast and lobby bar. The only minus is one cannot control the room’s temperature as it is “cold outside” which made for a few warm nights. Opening the window was not an option as Unter den Linden is loud with them open. Otherwise, excelent. "

"The staff in every section could not have been better. The reception staff were friendly and knew exactly what was required. They were even very embarrassed by a slight IT glitch on arrival. The serving and bar staff were excellent too. They were attentive and helpful at every level as well as being extremely polite and friendly. "
