"No parking near where we stayed. Had to search for a parking spot and ended up walking a few blocks to our hotel. Had to check in at the restaurant, but they have their rooms in other buildings. It took us awhile to locate our "building" which was about 2 blocks away. Excellent room and good food at restaurant. No info provided on the check out procedure."

"Best hotel in Speyer, by far. Brand new, beautiful design and finishes. The attention to detail is remarkable (from USB C plugs, to the quality of the beds, towels etc, free TV Apps etc). The location is perfect opposite the ancient Cathedral. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. You have a choice of two restaurants for lunch and dinner: traditional Greek and an upscale modern restaurant with excellent cuisine. The hosts are incredibly sweet and made us feel at home from the first moment on. We have already booked our next stay!"

"Eine großzügige Wohnung im 2. OG, gemütlich Platz für 2-8 Personen, Familienfreundlich eingerichtet. Neben 2 Schlafzimmer, gab es noch ein Wohnzimmer dem angegliederten Küchen/Essbereich mit guter Ausstattung. Sehr Lobenswert ein großes Badezimmer mit Wanne und Dusche, sowie eine extra Gästetoilette. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner waren ebenfalls Teil der Einrichtungen. Durch die Nähe zur Stadt-Mitte und einem EDEKA im unmittelbarer Nähe, runden einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt ab. Sehenswürdigkeiten oder das Technik Museum oder Sea Life Speyer, laden zum Erkunden ein. In allem kann ich diese Ferienwohnung Empfehlen. Die Gastfamilie sorgt für das Wohl ihrer Gäste . Wir kommen wieder "

"Sehr geschmackvoll renovierte Altbauwohnung in hervorragend zentraler Lage. Tolles Bad. Durch die außenliegenden Jalousien und die zwei Ebenen auch im heißen Sommer 2026 ohne Klimaanlage ausreichend kühl. Hoher Lärmpegel durch die Außengastronomie bis ca. 22.30 abends. Die Treppe ins obere Stockwerk und die Dachschrägen und Balken erfordern Trittsicherheit. Dafür ist das Doppelbett oben (Boxspring) wirklich sehr bequem.Die angegebene Mikrowelle und den Wäschetrockner gab es bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht, die brauchten wir aber auch nicht.Ein Rewe-Markt und viele Bäcker, Cafes und Restaurants in der Umgebung vorhanden.Nächste Parkmöglichkeit ist das Conti-Parkhaus (Ausschilderung Kaufhof) mit 35 E-Ladesäulen in der Heydenreichstr. Mit der Conti-Parkkarte nur 1,50 Euro pro Stunde und max. 4 Euro pro Tag"
