"We met a couple of very pleasant ladies who worked here, especially the afternoon/evening manager 5/17/26, about 430pm who kindly helped us track down our GrubHub order - above and beyond. The girl who checked us in at the lobby desk went out of her way to be disrespectful and rude. We sent 3 messages in the week prior to our arrival requesting an early check-in for medical reasons - Expedia called them. We're nearly 70 and my husband w/ serious health issues needed to lie down - we would arrive 1-2 hours before check-in. "NO, check-in's at 3". She repeated it that like a mantra when we finally checked in at130pm. She said "whatever" and "do what you want" in response to my protests ... but she understood I wasn't leaving her desk. Never in 50 yrs of travel have we ever been denied that request if it was reasonable. Had nice complimentary hot breakfast in a.m. Wonderful after being up all night - hotel near police station and major urban hospital w/ active ER. Almost continual sirens ALL night. Boston. Be careful - not a great neighborhood and main hotel door in back - NOT on street that is listed as address. So much for take-out deliveries or cabs getting you there! Didn't find hotel restaurant/bar until check-out. Very poor floor plan. Only found breakfast bar by following aromas!"
