"First of all, this hotel lives up to its 3-star rating. The rooms are clean and spacious for one traveller. I reserved a non-smoking room, but unfortunately, the smell of cigarette smoke still lingers in the room. Unless the AC is on, the annoying cigarette smoke punishes me and forces me to get out of the room for fresh air. Regarding the staff, it is needless to say that they are courteous, hardworking, attentive, and helpful (this is a Burmese thing!!). I am touched by their unwavering...
"The staff is friendly, welcoming, attentive, I had a positive experience at the hotel. Two slight downsides - the internet in the room is not very strong/irregular. However, if you take a call in the dining room or the lobby, it is strong/consistent. Also, I was there during rainy season, so the carpeting in the hotel room gives off a stale smell. Besides those two things, its okay. The breakfast is very good, the gym is very very nice."
