I was charged twice for two completely different amounts, which was frustrating enough on its own. To make matters worse, I was left having to figure out how to get my money back for the incorrect charge. As soon as we walked into the room, the strong, musty smell of mold hit us immediately. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, there was food left underneath the pull-out couch, and what appeared to be black mold spores were visible on the bathroom ceiling. For the price of the stay, I certainly wasn’t expecting perfection, but I was expecting a clean, properly maintained room and accurate billing. Instead, I was greeted with questionable cleanliness, obvious maintenance issues, and the added headache of being charged twice. The condition of the room was unacceptable, and having to deal with a billing issue on top of everything else made the experience even worse. Basic cleanliness, proper maintenance, and accurate charges shouldn’t be too much to ask, regardless of the price.

It’s a clean property and easy to find. I love the room set up except for whoever thought it was a good idea to not have bathroom doors that block light. That’s a bigger Springhill problem though
