The Space:

Beautifully positioned on the southern shore of Norris Lake, this waterfront home provides gorgeous views, incredible sunsets, and direct access to a deep year-round channel from its large dock. It's a home that brings bright, contemporary style to one of the most classic settings in Tennessee.



The house is a showcase of its surroundings, with multiple levels of outdoor space that overlook the lake. There's a sunny deck with both bar and lounge seating, and a second shaded deck below. A staircase leads down to a firepit encircled by Adirondack chairs, a cornhole set, and another deck with a fleet of loungers and a lakefront dining area. One more flight of steps leads down to the dock, where you can set sail, launch a kayak, or dangle your feet in the water.



As for the house itself, it's open, polished, and modern, with cathedral ceilings and rear walls of glass that frame spectacular lakefront views at sunset. The main living area features chic, neutral decor, a flatscreen TV that can be seen from the kitchen and dining room, and a two-sided gas fireplace that warms the deck as well. The kitchen is a study in style, offering stainless steel appliances, bold fixtures and finishes, and such culinary bonuses as a pot-filler and a prep island with bar seats for five. There's ample seating around the farm-style dining room table as well.



After preparing dinner on the gas grill, you can retreat to the upstairs loft for a game of Ping-Pong or relax in the TV room in the company of a coffee and wine bar. When it's time for some shut-eye, you'll find the primary bedroom suite on the main level with the other three bedrooms - including one with built-in bunks - downstairs. Additional amenities include a designated laundry room, central air conditioning, and free WiFi.

Guest Access:

As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire property, except for a few areas reserved for house supplies.
