"Everything was great! Nice location in Iowa Falls. Short walk to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. Easy access to property. Lobby and breakfast were very enjoyable! Room and bed were comfortable and quiet. Will stay here again!"

"There were 12 of us for our family weekend and not once did we feel cramped or on top of each other. All the couples had their own rooms and bathrooms as did the single kids. The house and property was beautiful and meticulously maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials and there were plenty of towels in all bathrooms along with large bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Donnis was very communicative and would reply quickly. Another perk was that it was dog friendly on the main level of the home and they were accommodating to us bringing three dogs. We look forward to coming back with the family again in the future. It was the perfect place for us to all gather!"

"This was a beautiful home! We loved everything about it. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room for 8 guests to sleep, sit around and chat, eat meals and play games and Iowa Falls seems like a great little town."

"Took my grandson’s on a little getaway. They loved the place. They really enjoyed fishing and swimming in the pond. Also was a very relaxing place. Close to many stores and restaurants. Had a great stay."

"I gave excellent reviews because the of the price of $83/night. The property is clean and sufficient for a place to sleep. TV, pool, ice, and laundry. Breakfast is minimal, but serve both hot and cold foods. If you are looking for fancy or more amenities, this isn’t it."

"The property was very clean, quite and convient. Our only real issue and this does not relate to the property was poor Verizon mobile phone service in either Iowa Falls or Alden. However, the Wi-fi in the VRBO made everything OK. We would stay again. Alden was a nice quite, clean town. We enjoyed walking the river area. We would or will stay in the future. Host was very responsive. Parking was good."
