"The room was very nice clean smelled good. The hallways in and out of the building were clean. The exterior was clean. The front desk staff were pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was not as I would have hoped that I have gotten in other places where there’s actually eggs and sausages that would’ve been really nice to have on Saturday and Sunday morning, but overall, I will visit it again no doubt about it and thank you for a nice day stay "

"Checked in at 12:30, room wouldn’t be ready until 3. Came back at 4:30 and went to the room; two other people came in the room; it was double booked. Went downstairs to straighten it out, went back up and the key didn’t work. So, back downstairs to once again try to straighten everything out Room was VERY dusty, behind the microwave and inside the holder for the magazines and note pad were caked with dust. Ripped towels in the bathroom, half a roll of toilet paper with the other spool empty, debris all over the carpet. Rooms in town were booked due to graduation, but I checked out a day early. No chance I’d have the free breakfast based on how poorly the room was cleaned, who knows how filthy the kitchen is Heard other guests complain about not being able to get in their room, they weren’t allowed to have extra pillows and blankets. Very poor experience. I think I’m done with Hotels.com and the Wyndam brand; the last few hotels I’ve booked have been third rate at best. "
