"We had such a relaxed 3-night stay at this beachfront property. The photos really don’t do the house justice. It’s much bigger and more spacious than it looks online, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The beach view is absolutely beautiful. Such a pleasure to watch the sunrise from the deck/inside. James was fantastic to communicate with from start to finish. His communication was excellent and everything was really straightforward and easy throughout our stay.The kitchen is also really well stocked with everything you could need, which made it easy to settle in and cook meals during our stay. The only small downside was that the oven isn’t the greatest, but otherwise we had everything we needed. The house is surprisingly warm and has more than enough space for a group of adults or an extended family.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. The house, space, location and beautiful beachfront setting made it such a relaxing getaway. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with an amazing view!"

"Great spot for a quiet getaway, but equally close enough to easily get to Waihi Beach or Bowentown for some high quality beach and bush walks.Everything a couple needs to relax. Great little bbq for two.Hosts are nearby, but its still private enough you barely notice them."

"from the entry to leaving , this place was beautifully decorated, well set out, 2 very comfortable beds, warm, when we walked in, there was a milk in the fridge, Bottle of wine with yummy crackers, to go with yummy cheese in the fridge, the cupboards are stocked with all the teas we loved, tv is in every room, the only thing we struggled with was the stairs, stairs to the apartment and then up to the bedrooms, but we are old and knees are not the best, the view, just beautiful, all the little extras, gorgeous cutlery, every detail was chosen carefully, bathrooms were great, i can not fault this place in any way, if we ever needed to go down again, we would absolutely stay there, the sun streamed in and warmed it up, 5 out of 5 for everything,"
